NFL Power Rankings Week 6

Another week of some great football games which has caused some changes in my power rankings for the week. Comment dow below who you think should be higher and who should be lower.

1. Arizona Cardinals 6-0 (Last Week: 1)

This is really not a debate anymore after the Bills lost to the Titans last night. The Cardinals have been playing amazing football and that has led them to a 6-0 start. They are the only undefeated team in the NFL and they have an easy game this week when they get to play the Texans before hosting the Packers on Thursday Night Football next week. The Cardinals destroyed the Browns on Sunday and they have been doing that all year against good teams. They are, no doubt, the best team in the NFL at this time until someone can find a way to beat them.

2. Los Angeles Rams 5-1 (Last Week: 3)

The NFC West have the top two spots in this week's power rankings as the Rams took care of business against the New York Giants on Sunday. The Rams have only lost to the Cardinals and it seems like the NFC West is going to come down to these two teams at the end of the year. The Rams have a new identity on offense with Matthew Stafford as their starting quarterback and their defense is still as good as it has been in recent years. The Rams will be in the Super Bowl conversation for the rest of the year as they look to make it back there after losing Super Bowl LIII.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 5-1 (Last Week: 4)

Tom Brady always finds a way to put his team at the top of the NFL and he is doing it again this year. The Buccaneers have played their way to a 5-1 record with their only loss being to the Los Angeles Rams. Tom Brady has been playing at an MVP level and it does not seem like he is going to slow down anytime soon. The Buccaneers are one of the favorites in the NFC and they should easily win the NFC South after the Panthers have lost their last three games to fall to 3-3.

4. Baltimore Ravens 5-1 (Last Week: 7)

The Ravens take a big jump in my power rankings after they had a huge game against the Los Angeles Chargers. I have been kind of skeptical of the Ravens this year after they have had some close wins and have not been that dominant. That changed on Sunday, when the Ravens defense held the Chargers high-powered to just six points. This team has the making of being a Super Bowl contender and Lamar Jackson has looked like an MVP candidate once again.

5. Buffalo Bills 4-2 (Last Week: 2)

The Bills had a heartbreaking loss on Monday Night Football as they were stopped on fourth down as they were driving down the field late in the game. The Bills lost to the Titans who have had their ups and downs this year, but this is still a good team that the Bills lost to. The Bills still played a great game and they will be fine as they walk their way into the playoffs as the AFC East is horrible. Josh Allen played a great game and the Bills will find themselves in the thick of the Super Bowl conversation until the end of the year.

6. Dallas Cowboys 5-1 (Last Week: 6)

The Cowboys had a scare against the Patriots on Sunday as they barely squeaked out a win in overtime. Dak Prescott injured his calf in the win and the team says he should be good to go after their bye week which is luckily, this week. The Cowboys are three games up in the NFC East and they still get to play their divisional opponents four more times. We could be looking at a Cowboys team that could find themselves as a 13-14-win team when the season ends.

7. Green Bay Packers 5-1 (Last Week: 7)

Well, we learned that Aaron Rodgers still owns the Chicago Bears as the Packers beat them on Sunday afternoon. The Packer continue to play at a high level after they got destroyed by the Saints in week 1. They are slowly working their way up my power rankings as they look to make the most out of Rodgers' last year with the team. They have to be in the conversation as the best team in the NFC, but there are definitely better teams right now.

8. Los Angeles Chargers 4-2 (Last Week: 5)

The bad news is, the Chargers got demolished by the Ravens on Sunday which shot them down my rankings. The good news is, they get to rest this week as they get their bye week as one of the earlier teams to receive one. The Chargers will need to regroup this week as they try to continue to take the division away from the Kansas City Chiefs. I think that they are going to start slowing down and the Chiefs will overtake them in the second-half of the season.

9. Cincinnati Bengals 4-2 (Last Week: 10)

Are the Bengals officially back? Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase are looking like a lethal duo that could take over the league for the next decade. The Bengals have been one of the most surprising teams this year and they could be looking at a playoff spot at the end of the season. I think they will finish second in the NFC North as the Steelers have taken a step back and the Browns have an injury problem including their quarterback, Baker Mayfield.

10. Tennessee Titans 4-2 (Last Week: NR)

The Titans might be the most confusing team in the NFL right now. They lost to the New York Jets and then they beat the Buffalo Bills which are arguably the best team in the AFC. The Titans now get to play the Los Angeles Rams as they continue to try and hold a good lead in the AFC South over the Indianapolis Colts. I think that they are going to ultimately win the division but they will need to continue to win to do this.
